John Moss is an Associate Vice President with CBRE Limited Calgary. He has over 9 years experience in the commercial real estate industry as a Director of Leasing and Broker with over 400 deal transactions since 2003. John truly relates to his clients having worked on both the agent and landlord side of the business.
John has completed a number of Investment Sales transactions and specializes in land brokerage and retail leasing. He represents prominent retail landlords and developers, including Western Securities, Arlington Investment, Harvest Foundation, and Great West Life. Prior to joining CBRE Limited John worked in the retail market for 14 years with extensive experience in the restaurant and bar sector.
John has received production awards for the last 3 years and in his 5 years with CBRE Limited has completed lease and sale transactions totaling over 30 million dollars.
John is committed to further developing his industry knowledge and is currently attending the University of Calgary to obtain a certificate in Real Estate Development.
